- Starting pay: $20–$30/hour, based on experience, skill level, and performance

Your first 90 days are built for the long term.
Every new technician begins with a 90-day Growth & Evaluation Period.
This period is designed to ensure the right long-term fit for both the employee and Premier Handyman Services, while providing training on company systems, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
Successful team members receive performance-based pay increases and become eligible for additional company benefits as they become available.
